Clan Functions & Description: The Tenma Clan are not the most renown when it comes to their political status, but are known for there interesting abilities, as well as the power some of the members of this clan have come to posses. They are not a large number, and do tend to find themselves in a vast array of fields and practices. Even the current Raikage is a member of this clan.
The clan does have a hierarchy within its ranks. Males born with no tail have the least status. Those with a Red Tail, average, the normal guys of the clan, they are treated normally. Those with a blue tails are treated with respect, admiration, and sometimes fear. This is due to them being the most powerful of the clan, as only they can learn the most powerful clan techniques. Women are different, since women are born with a tail less often. All women are treated with the same status as those with a red tail. Should one be born with a tail, then they are treated better than red tailed males, but not as high as blue tails. Blue tails are extremely rare however, with none being born with one within the last few decades.
The clan techniques are only taught to those born with the tails. All tailed members learn the clans infamous Fukurami no jutsu, or "poof" ability. This is their personal summoning technique that is also their go to for most any situation. Those born with blue tails are also taught the most powerful of techniques, the Arashi no jutsu. There take on Storm release comes from the clans prowess of fusing together their three elements to manipulate weather patterns on a large scale.
Aside from the tails, the only other thing about this clan that seems to be genetic is that they are only born with the wind, water, and lightning affinities, but in any order. Interestingly enough, even the non tailed members are the same way.
When it comes to clan history and lore, there really is none. The clan created their own techniques long ago, and that was it. The origin point of their tails has been lost to time. It is assumed that this started from two people who were genetically mutated from the start, and breeding together just made the clan the way it is, nothing too spectacular. As for relevance in history, the clan fought in all the shinobi wars, as they did inhabit the area, and fought for Kumo after it became Kumo. They have always been Shinobi, if not Shinobi, the clan took its time becoming farmers. Being able to use the elements to control the weather, making sure optimal growth occurred.
The clan has its own shinobi compound, located on the mountain where the Raikage tower is embedded. Seeing as the clan leader is also the brother of the newest Raikage, Azazel made sure that the clan was no longer troubled for its current location. They have a series of houses, a pagoda, a forge, and a store. The rest of their needs are taken care of by going into the village. The farm lands are located among the village outskirts, where a permanent farming settlement is located.
Kekkai Genkai/Hidden Technique Description:
The Kekkai Genkai of this clan comes in two parts. The first, is their genetic anomaly of the evolutionary chain that gives a fair number of these members a tail. This tail is extraordinarily strong and maneuverable, often able to support the entire body wait of a member, as well as be maneuverable enough to use in fighting or daily tasks. The second part of the clan would be its hidden techniques, its closly guarded secrets. That would be th eArashi no jutsu for the blue tails and the Fukurami no jutsu for all tailed members in general.

1. Fukurami no jutsu (Poof Jutsu)

Description: The primary jutsu of this clan, the user of this jutsu is able to actually summon ones self within 2 miles, instantly traveling with a mere hand sign. The user can go through walls, but if they are unsure of the dimensions, they could teleport inside a solid object and die. This is the primary jutsu of the clan, and is taught to all tailed members.
(The next three jutsu are of the Arashi type, meaning only blue tails learn these)
2. Hurricane

Range: Up to 20 meters in all directions.
Description: A mixture of the wind and water, Hurricane is literally that, a Hurricane. The user creates a storm system characterized by a large low-pressure center and numerous thunderstorms that produce strong winds and heavy rain. This will surround the user, but not touch them. It ends after five posts.
The rain drops obscures vision as well as feel like falling needles, the wind is slicing and makes projectiles useless , as well as makes moving more difficult.
3. Tempest

Description: Tempest is a jutsu that does as its name implies, creates a tempest. Surrounding the user will appear a large, violent, and shredding winds that can cut through almost anything. Water inside the wind is a conductor for the electricity, meaning who ever is caught in this cutting vortex, is being electrocuted.
4. Squall

Description: The most powerful Jutsu known to the clan, the user literally creates a squall, or a tropical storm, no matter where the user is. They will cause torrential downpours, crushing waves, and over 150 mph winds, to rampage on the targeted area Cracking thunder and striking lightning will rain from the heavens, this is meant to level an entire village.
