Here on Ninja Village Rebirth puppetry is allowed, but ONLY in Sunagakure. When making a puppet, you must list absolutely everything that this puppet is able to do (Can it launch things, does it gas stuff, can it contain surprises), all of its functions(Does it have apposable appendages that can move in fancy directions, does it have blades inside, does it combine with another puppets), the amount of everything (x25 kunai, x17 senbon), what is it made from (Wood, metal, reinforced poly-carbonates), and finally add a bit in your history about the puppets origin (Was it a gift from the family, did you make it, was it bought).
Each Ninja Rank allows the user to have a certain number of puppets. They are as followed:
Academy Student - 1
Genin - 2
Chunin 4
Tokubetsu - 5
Jounin/ANBU - 6
Elite Jounin/ANBU Captain - 8
Kage/Legendary - 10
In order to use puppetry EVERY user of puppets require this jutsu:
Name: Kugutsu no Jutsu - Puppetry Technique
Rank: C
Range: Close - Mid
Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
Finally, there do exist human puppets. A person may only have 1 human puppet, they must be a Kage/Legendary/S rank rogue in order to do so. A person MAY NOT make a high rank ninja from scratch and receive a human puppet, they may only be used by those who start off as an Academy Student/Genin and work their way up. You MUST kill a person in RP in order to make them into a human puppet. Last, the User of the Human puppet is required to have this jutsu:
Name: Hitokugutsu - Human Puppet
Rank: S
Range: -
Description: This technique allows the user to make a puppet which can contain and use chakra. The user does this by making a living human into a puppet. This puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held when alive. If the original ninja was highly skilled, its puppet can retain these abilities as well. Even the ninja unique body traits will be passed on to its puppet form. Thus the user can still use all the original jutsu the ninja once utilized.
