    Nukenin Guide Empty Nukenin Guide

Post by Amira Sun May 05, 2019 7:25 pm

For those ninja who defect from the village, they are known as Nukenin. Any who pose enough of the threat to the different shinobi villages will be found within the pages of the bingo book.

    D-Rank Missing-Nin (Chunin equivalent)
Make From Scratch: 100 posts & Staff Approval
Description: A D-Rank Missing-Nin is considered a higher threat to his or her previous village, but still not viewed as an immediate concern. Although some effort will be made to hunt you down, you probably won’t have to worry about evading platoons of ANBU operatives.
Rank up: 120 posts & Staff Approved Means of Rank Up
Bonus: A ninja who goes missing at Chunin Rank will gain an additional 1 D-Rank technique upon being marked as a D-Rank Missing-Nin.

    C-Rank Missing-Nin (Tok Jounin equivalent)
Make From Scratch: 130 posts & Staff Approval
Description: A C rank missing ninja is a fairly considerable threat to his or her village and will usually be in their village’s bingo book. They will be actively hunted by their own village and may be on the verge of attracting similar attention from other villages as well.
Rank up: 150 posts and Staff Approved Means of Rank Up
Bonus: A ninja who goes missing at Tok Jounin rank will gain an additional 1 C-Rank technique upon being marked as a C-Rank Missing-Nin.

    B-Rank Missing-Nin (Jounin/ANBU Equivalent)
Make From Scratch: 180 posts & Must possess a Shinobi of Equal Rank+
Description: A B-Rank Missing-Nin is considered a much higher threat to his or her previous village and other villages. B-Rank Missing-Nin are usually international criminals, and are likely to be targeted by Hunter-Nin of multiple shinobi villages.
Rank up: 250 posts & Staff Approved Means of Rank Up
Bonus: A ninja who goes missing at Jounin or ANBU rank will gain an additional 1 B-Rank technique upon being marked as a B-Rank Missing-Nin.

    A-Rank Missing-Nin (Elite Jounin/ANBU Captain equivalent)
Make From Scratch: 250 posts & Staff approval
Description: An A-Rank Missing-Nin is considered to be nearly the highest threat to their previous shinobi village and others. They are quite often targeted by many Hunter-Nin from several shinobi villages. They are far from easy targets however, and are capable of standing against their pursuers, even turning them into the hunted…
Rank up: 300 posts & Staff Approved Means of Rank Up
Bonus: A ninja who goes missing at Elite Jounin or ANBU Captain rank will gain an additional 1 A-Rank technique upon being marked as a A-Rank Missing-Nin.

    S-Rank Missing-Nin (Legendary/Kage Equivalent)
    Make From Scratch: 500 posts
Description: A S-Rank Missing-Nin is considered to be the highest threat to not only their previous shinobi village but all the other villages as well. Nearly all Hunter-Nin will attempt to execute an S-Rank Missing-Nin on sight – although it’s far from an easy task, as, by this point, the missing ninja in question could go toe to toe with a Kage. And possibly even win.
Bonus: A ninja who goes missing at Legendary or Kage rank will gain an additional 1 S-Rank technique upon being marked as S-Rank Missing-Nin.

Any Shinobi who goes rogue is given an extra jutsu proportionate to the rank at which they defected. Upon leveling up as a Nukenin, the characters are given the normal amount of jutsu one would get at that rank, not the bonus for defecting.

Genin are not allowed to defect; besides common sense reasons and Sasuke wannabees, it is rather improbable that a shinobi of that level would make it far from the gates without being easily detained. Unless you have a viable story and staff approval, there will be no exceptions to this rule.

Starting at Chunin, you may choose to defect from a village and become a criminal shinobi. More power to you for giving us a villain, as well as developing your character. Should you choose to defect (and not make from scratch) you must actually RP out your criminal activity.  This means if it is something that requires a major development that would affect someone else or the site, it needs to be approved. Now, should you make a kill-able topic and you kill someone, as long as it was not god-modded, rule breaking, or forced on someone, you may become a murderer.
