Here on Ninja Village Rebirth we have a slightly different way of handling Kinjutsu. Kinjutsu's, forbidden jutsu, are not meant for just everyone. Here is a quick rundown on how to obtain a Kinjutsu.

*No one below the rank of Jounin can "create" a Kinjutsu. (You must at least have one Character at Jounin rank before you can create a Kinjutsu)

*It requires 300 posts to create a Kinjutsu. You can create ONE Kinjutsu at Jounin, ONE at Elite Jounin, ONE at Legendary/Kage, and ONE as an S rank missing shinobi. This means, if you hit every rank listed, you can have up to four Kinjutsu. This also means you will need to have accumulated up to 1200 posts.

*Not every single Kinjutsu needs to be created by you. If you LEARN a Kinjutsu from someone, or have been /given/ a Kinjutsu (Think Orochimaru curse seal) you only require 150 posts for that Kinjutsu. This means, if you learn all four kinjutsu this way, you will need to have accumulated a grand total of 600 posts.

*If you are taught/given a Kinjutsu, depending on the circumstance, you can learn a Kinjutsu as early as a Genin (Rarely) or a Chunin (Uncommon).

*Kinjutsu DO NOT take up a jutsu space. Instead, a link is provided in your character templates additional information.

*Kinjutsu also require two approvals. At least one of the approvals must be an admin.

*Due to the nature of Kinjutsu they do not have a rank. This is because the nature of Kinjutsu are often extremely powerful or extremely conditional. As such, follow this template below.

    1. --Name of technique.--
Distance: --Self, Close Range, Mid Range, or Long Range. You may also include measurements.--
Description: --Describe in detail what your technique does and how it does it. Also include what the technique looks like.--

Now, your Kinjutsu must be EXTREMELY well written. This is a free, powerful, and often battle deciding ability that you are trying to have approved.  There should be no spelling, grammar, or otherwise beginner level mistakes. You need to have your jutsu detailed, articulate, and fully fleshed out. Leave nothing to chance or interpretation. You need to specify what it does, how it works, the science behind it, what its limitations are, weaknesses, how to learn it, and the full extent of what can be done. Put as much detail into this jutsu as you would a profile.
